TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required to confirm all bookings. The balance is to be cleared on the day in CASH ONLY. Or if paying by cheque then 10 working days before ‘Date of Wedding’ on ‘Booking 1’ on the Booking Form. Failure to do so will result in the booking being cancelled. RUSUM will not accept a cheque on the day under any circumstances. Failure to clear the balance for any reason will result in RUSUM seeking legal advice.
RUSUM reserves the right to cancel any bookings at anytime due to reasons beyond our control that may affect our service to the Client. In any such case the deposit/amount paid will be returned to the Client in full. Any cancellations based on a Client’s part for whatever reason will not result in a refund.
If for any reason the ‘Date of Wedding’ changes and interferes/clashes with another client’s booking we may have to cancel the Client’s booking with us. If there is no clash it is at RUSUM’s discretion to re-schedule your booking.
All products used by RUSUM are constantly replaced to keep them fresh and are of reputable brands, It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that they are not allergic to any product used by RUSUM. RUSUM will not be held responsible for any allergies or skin conditions that were not relayed to a member of the staff prior to the makeover.
It is the Client’s responsibility that interference from guests is kept to a bare minimum during the makeover. Failure to do so may result in adversely affecting the quality of the service provided by RUSUM.
With regards to a photographic booking, it is impossible for RUSUM to know who family members and friends are, and their relationships to the Client. It is entirely the Client’s responsibility to identify the people that are to be given emphasis in the photographs. RUSUM will not be held responsible for the content of the photos upon failure on the Client’s part to do so.
RUSUM needs to be notified in writing should the Client wish to employ the services of another photographer. RUSUM also cannot be held responsible for the actions of guests/family photographers/videographers that may interfere with RUSUM’s photographic coverage.
Finished photos will be ready for postage about six weeks after the date of the Client’s wedding. RUSUM will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to the photos once they have been posted.
All photographs taken are the property of RUSUM and RUSUM reserves the right to use them in any promotional form. The Client must inform RUSUM in writing should they wish for their pictures not to be used in such a manner.
In the event that we travel out to the Client, it is the Client’s responsibility to bear any parking charges to be paid at meters/hotels etc. These charges will be added on to the invoice on the day if not previously cleared. It is also essential that a parking arrangement is organised whether there are charges to be paid on location or not i.e. private roads where parking is free but spaces can be limited. Failure to do so can delay the start of the makeover resulting in extra costs if we flow into over time.
If for any reason we flow into over time after the ‘Ready by time’ on the Client’s booking form, the Client will be charged £10 for every 15 minutes. This amount is payable on the day in cash only.
If any equipment or products are broken or lost on location by the Client/guests present, the Client is bound by these Terms and Conditions to reimburse us.
The Client must ensure that small children are kept away from the makeover/photoshoot as there can be sharp objects, electrical photographic equipment and heated appliances that may burn. RUSUM will not be held responsible if any such accidents occur.
All persons relating to RUSUM will not endure any form of verbal or physical harassment or abuse. Any such behaviour will result in our staff leaving the premises immediately and seeking legal advice.
